I tried the search but wasn’t able to find too much. Im looking to buy a used scooter. Want to spend around 40-45k - Used cygnus/bws perhaps but i’m fairly open. Does anybody know any non-dodgy places they can recommend eg: not yanping north rd - (heard too many horror stories)- or any advice on what to look out for.

Anyone know anything about the place (ocar?) on bade rd, sec-4, no: 401… seems to have alot of cygnus’s, racings etc
I just bought one from a shop in Taichung, after looking around at a few different shops. Seemed like a good deal, although perhaps it’s rebuilt, since even though it’s supposedly 3-4 years old, the odometer only has 1400 km on it. They said it has a 1 year warranty on it. It still looked and ran like new, although 5 days in, I got stranded on the side of the road. They came over with a truck and took it back to the place and fixed it and it’s fine now.

I had checked tealit.com, the price are not really cheap and are mostly very old scooters.
If you’re willing to spend 40-45k, you might as well just spend a bit more and get a new one. I just bought a brand new SYM GT 125 EFI for $57,000 on Saturday.
SYM GT 125 EFI is a different bike from the SYM FIGHTER. check out the price difference:
