Where to buy used stamps in Taipei

I have a philatelist friend who I want to surprise with some Taiwanese stamps. Going to get this ones at the post office

But also like to get some used ones. Anyone know where I can get some? Preferably cheap.

There are a couple of stamp and coin shops on Guling Street near the big post office on Nanchang Road. Also on Yanping near the Beimen post office.
