I am looking for the best place to cash American Express Traveler’s Cheques for NT. ICBC charges 10NT per cheque and 8.9% of the purchase 300 NT handeling fee. This is WAY too much!

Where is the best place to cash traveler’s cheques in Taipei and not be charged up the butt?

Actually, that doesn’t sound like a hefty charge at all, quite standard in fact.
