Hey guys,
I’m considering buying an investment property to live in and develop as an alternative to renting, ideally in the Taipei City Hall or Zhongxiao Dunhua/Fuxing areas (as I see the most opportunity to resell at a later date to another foreign business person like myself who would prefer to live in these metropolitan areas).
I heard some of the best deals can be had on houses that have been foreclosed (of course I’m not trying to be a vulture, but I do have a limited budget). Anyone know which companies/organisations deal with these kind of houses for the districts I’m interested in? I know sometimes they’re sold at auctions, any regular events?
