Where to go to see if I get a tax refund?

I’ve worked here for almost 2 years and I think I can get a tax refund.

Do I just go to a government office, show my ARC and get a refund issued right away?

There seems to be many government “tax” offices.

A suggested location of which one to go to in Banqiao, New Taipei is most appreciated…

Did you file your taxes in May/June? That’s when you usually find out if you get a refund or not.
