Which group to join, if any?

If you’re going to do business here, or progress careerwise, it helps to know people. Does anybody have any opinions about the usefulness of any of the various organisations that exist in Taiwan?

Rotary International

AmCham…

Amcham is NT$10,000 per year if you are below 35.

ECCT is more pricey, and there are fewer foreigners there.

However, I have heard that the junior program for amcham has been a failure so far.

Ypu are looking at NT$40.000 plus additionals.
