i am considering to move to Taichung to attend a mandarin course in Taichung. I sent an email to NTCU university for a CLC course asking many questions and they replied me only with a formal email with some websites, that i already saw those and i didn’t find answers so my questions so i had sent email to them. Now i am considering another choices. which is the best uni in Taichung for mandarin course for foreigners?
I am looking for a not expensive university where study chinese for 1 year also.
Someone suggested to study in Kaoshiung???

No idea about which one is the best, but when I studied in Feng Chia all my teachers were really valid.
Are you saying there’s something wrong with invalid teachers? This kind of prejudice is not acceptable in 2018.
