Shu Chuen Mei (her with the lopsided smile and skeletal frame) has recently sliced her eyelids so that they’re bigger, rounder (and no doubt cuter), and had what looks like cheek implants done (imagine a botched breast-job on your face), so if you’re into ploughing ghoulish freak-shows, she’s a MILF of note.

A quick Google reveals that:
The, um, predilection seems to be called “戀母傾向” (quite logically descriptive, really). Don’t know what the object of said affections would be called in Chinese.
I’ve picked up direct translations as “我想操之母親” and I suppose you couldn’t do any better (from a translational point of view, that is) unless there were some obscure Classical reference that could be pulled out instead.
