Stumbled across this while doing research on something completely different. Looks kind of neat if you want to read stuff in context. Probably best to read the same article or at least one on the same topic in English first then see how you do in Taiwanese:
I remember running into this before. What percentage of Taiwanese-speaking people do you think can read this? (I’m pegging it at around 0.001%)
Probably not the average person, but the folks who are into Minnan are WAY into it (stop by the Daiwan e diam near McDonald’s/Taida sometime…) 
Anyway I found it cool. Off topic to what I was supposed to be doing at the time (which is probably why), but cool.
