I assume you meant “Would a radio brought from the US work in Taiwan?”
Sure. No problem if it uses old-fashioned tuning. The AM and FM frequency ranges should be the same.
Digital tuning should be okay as well. I am not sure what the gap between stations is. So you may want to see if your radio can between either 9kHz or 10kHz gaps.
