Cathay is still Zero at the Family Mart ATM that I use.

Taiwan Co-Op doesn’t have the NT $ 100 fee. China Trust does. My Credit Union charges U$ 2.oo per transaction on their end.

Seems Like all Family Mart around me use e.sun ATM… will have to go to bank directly or find a family mart with Cathay ATM…
Maybe have to try outside Xitun. Tried 7 family marts all e.sun.
