The civic leader quoted is clearly delusional - just the way they speak is enough to put most people off of visiting. Its a downtrodden place with poor work prospects, above average crime, terrible weather, and absolutely no culture other than greyhound racing and badger baiting - oh but I’ve never been there either - this is just what I’ve heard. :ohreally:

I have been there many times, and have family there. It’s been improved a lot, it’s not a bad place to live, at least the bits I’ve seen. I can’t think of any possible reason why you would to visit there though.

Which, according to them, is a better place to live. Or Walsall?
Milton Keynes is probably a city that some would like. It is very convenient, new, and has everything an average Kevin & Sharon could ever need with the exception of character and good weather 
I’d choose Wolverhampton over Milton Keynes though as it has dog racing and good ale. Nothing like going to the dogs and some good English beer.
