Does anyone know of any cases where someone has gained a work permit and ARC with only one year work experience and a bachelors degree ?
My girlfriend came to Taiwan on an internship scheme from France, after her business degree. She has now just started a sales/marketing job in a Taiwanese company. They are processing her work permit / ARC, but the visa application has been rejected as she only has one year experience - two is the minimum as far as we believe.
We are planning to re-apply, this time collecting as much evidence as possible in the form of letters from her old companies’ senior management (her old boss in Taiwan is being deliberately obstructive), her university where she graduated amongst the top few students, her new company saying how much they love her, how mature and experienced she is etc… etc… etc
We don’t know whether this will work or not. Any help or advice, or pointing in the direction of old threads on the subject would be appreciated like you would not believe…
thanks in advance,
Mark.
