Work Permits vs. JFRV ARCs

How are marriage-based ARCs viewed by employers in Taiwan? Would it be a convenience in regards to administration or would the employers feel threatened by the lack of control they may have over the employee? Any opinions or experiences would be appreciated.

I donl’t think most employers are trying to ‘control’ their employees. Most employers love the marriage-based work permits because it means much less paperwork. Some HR departments might not know about it though so you may need to educate them.
