that’s probably not one of the more meaningful things that will come out of that archive. they would have done such planning as a matter of course. one map from presumably many doesn’t mean very much.

While managing to work in a slam of Jimmy Carter and praise of Maggie, the Telegraph somehow manages to ignore that this is a map of a Warsaw Pact response to an attack initiated by NATO- I guess the sequence 1,2,3… was too difficult to follow.
