I think when you give negative feelings to others, even to Forumosa readers, you will get negative feedback and you will feel yourself up with more negative vibes. Snd even answers supporting your thesis will get you deeper into negative emotions.
So as an often fustrated expat, I try to use Forumosa as something where I put in rather positive emotions. Well, not always, but usually.
And then positive vibes come in return.
