I see you visited the page that I posted on the other thread, the page with the list, a couple of days before I posted it.
I don’t really know how these things work in detail, and I’m not sure one way or the other whether that list contains all the acceptable universities.
For example, I can’t find Ireland on the original website that wisher posted the link for. My Chinese is not good, so maybe I missed it, but I can’t find it. wisher’s post was in response to a person who had a degree from the National University of Ireland, who said:

Maybe there’s more to this than meets the eye. I hope I’m not leading you on a wild goose chase, but if you want to teach here, I think you should continue to try to ask someone at the Ministry of Education for more information.
