Female, about 1 year old, not neutered yet. Friendly to people, energetic, playful, very very cute, and pretty much toilet-trained.
How I got the husky:
The original owner of the husky abandoned her, but the police (police station right next to the owner’s house) told the owner to keep the dog because it was too dangerous for the dog wondering around the area (too many cars). So the owner took the husky back and tighted her in front of their door with no shelter at all, when I saw her, the water and food were so dirty, and she was sleeping with pee and poo… I used to work in that neighbourhood, and I thought she needed help, so I decided to rescue her from the owner since the owner didn’t want her anymore anyway. Later the police told me the owner got the husky from some friend, but after a while, he lost the interest and started to find ways to get rid of her.
Situation now:
Even though I like her a lot, but I actually got 6 other dogs aldy, now 7 is really way too many, the idea when I picked her up was to help find her a new loving home, not keep her as my own dog. I got her in the begining of May and it’s been 3 mths now, I know it’s not easy to find new owner for a big size dog, and I just hope even if people who are reading this right now cannot adopt her, but can help spread the words around. Thanks.
2 requests for people who may be interested:
- DO NOT abandon her, when you leave TW, pls take her with you, if you can’t, pls help her get a new owner first.
- If you bring her out, NEVER take the lash off her, many people lose their huskys this way, huskys run really fast, and they usually won’t listen to owners when owners try to call them back, as a result, you lose your dog, and the dog will probably have no chance to survive either.
