Zune Questions

hi all,

i’m considering picking up a zune on release (heard good reviews overall) but have a few questions that i cant find answers to:

does anyone know?..

  • can music/vid etc be transferred to and from the zune from windows explorer or are you required to use the software that comes with it.

  • does the zune re-encode your mp3’s to another file format?

  • will the software re-arrange the folder structure on your PC?

  • wil DRM restrict the sharing of all mp3’s (the the 3 times thing) or just new files downloaded through the marketplace?

crap… i just found this

You can’t:

Connect to the internet.
Download songs directly from the Zune store via WiFi.
Sync to your computer via WiFi.

i figured the last one would be a given.

You can’t play music on it bought from msn :loco:

I heard that. The old MSN music store stuff won’t be compatible.
