I am a born in the year 1991 and I am a returning overseas here in Taiwan.
I have exceeded my first 183 days of stay here. But before I exceeded 183, I asked the Immigration officer in the airport, the place where I need to go first to get a stamp that lets me go out of Taiwan, and she said that I can still get out of Taiwan even if I have exceeded my first 183 days which is this year, but advised me to don’t do this again on the coming years cause if I exceed 183 days for the 2nd time, then that would mean I need to undergo the military training.
Can anyone confirm if I can still leave the country? thanks!
