Health insurance and dependent ARC

Hello, my husband is Taiwanese, I am Canadian. I am in the process of getting my dependent ARC.
I wonder, when does my Taiwanese National health care start? (4 months from when my ARC papers are submitted or when I get my actually ARC?) and where do I buy insurance in Taiwan to cover me for these 4 months (my travel insurance from Canada runs out in December.)

My kids are now Taiwanese, but they need to wait 6 months before they could have insurance, how do I get health insurance for them? (eg: which company etc)

Those who are unemployed but able to enroll as a dependent through a relative (i.e., parents, spouses, or children) could participate in the National Health Insurance program through a relative’s insurance registration organization after six months continuous residence in Taiwan.
