Yeah, that one really struck me as whoa, WTF?
There are some cameraphones now that come with image-processing software to remove skin blemishes, enhance certain features (your chin, for instance - she seems to have set that one to 250%), etc etc. Endless fun with selfies for people with more money than brains.
