Please recommend a nondenominational church to attend in Kaoshicung.
I have no idea, don’t live there, and come from an utterly different religious perspective, but since nobody has answered yet, let me play Good Samaritan and google some stuff:

I also see listings for something called “Kaohsiung Community Church,” which may or may not be the same as one of these others. Since you specified “non-denominational,” I skipped over all the churches which had the name of a denomination in their title, of which there are many. Perhaps other posters can chime in with other suggestions, or more information about some of the above? Otherwise, I guess you’ll just have to visit them yourself. Good luck, and I hope you find the kind of religion you’re looking for.
I’ve heard some of the sermons of New Life Kaohsiung and I think it would be a great start!
