They say “Oh, no 101 fireworks this year, it’s too expensive”
And they always “manage to scrape” the dough together.
The traffic block-offs are the same as always, the entire WuxingSt/Chauangching Rd/Songren Rd area is blocked off, it’s like a huge pedestrian mall for all the fucking tourists rubbernecking the fireworks.
All the convenience stores set up huge outdoor stands selling hot drinks and snacks etc
The 24-hour MRT seems to be the only thing different this year
What is the best view to observe 101 fireworks? Since the Gondola is on until 2 am, would one be able to see fireworks mid-travel?
