The old standby in that area are the “xifan” congee restaurants on Fuxing starting a bit south of Xinyi. Open all night.

no idea about your district but theres always something open. if i get really hungry at night i go to that long en place and get some gua bao!
There’s usually a doujiang shop open late and sometimes all night. I like to get egg pancake and put tabasco sauce on them (there’s nothing like late night eggs with hot sauce). Also the “quick fry” restaurants are open till about 1:00 am.
