Hey guys,
I am working on starting a German bubble tea place in Taiwan. We will sell made-to-order beverages and also some grab-and-go items (with barcodes).
Does anyone have a recommendation for POS systems in Taiwan? Looking for something that:
(1) supports Chinese and possibly English,
(2) can handle all major credit cards,
(3) contains a barcode or QR reader, and
(4) has some way of entering membership numbers.
Would be grateful for any advice.

I had a good experience with them. I got one of their POS systems (windows professional, outdated now) from a friend 10 years ago. I lost the key to the cash drawer, called them up and they sent me a spare key for a few hundred NT$, even after 10 years.
Yeah, actually advertising something as “piece of shit” is surely not good for business.
FWIW Posiflex are a good company. I went to see them about using their hardware for a somewhat different project. Competent people and nice, well-made product.
