I am an Australian English teacher who is applying for jobs in Taiwan. I hope to get my wife to come with me of course but I am not sure how to do this. She is a Filipino citizen and has Australian Temporary residency (soon to be permanent residency) If I get an ARC can she be added to that as a spouse and can she then stay in Taiwan with me? Where can I find information on this? All the websites seem to relate to if you are married to a Taiwanese citizen.
yea you can sponsor her arc, or she can get one by herself if she passes the usual criteria for a work permit. Once you get your arc you can just appky for hers. The catch IR tricky bit is getting notarised marriage certs
