Taiwanese breakfast in Paris

Looks quite nice actually. A French couple opened a fusion brunch place, and included Taiwan inspired items in the menu. They have guabao. And tea eggs. Wonder if they have dangping.

I can’t imagine myself wanting to have a Taiwanese breakfast in Paris, but I must admit that photo is making me hungry.

Reminder to self: in future eat bigger breakfast.

Th earticle says most of its clientele is parisian. Patrons always want to try something different/new. Plus Taiwanese abroad nostalgic for the flavors of home.

Gipai anyone?

There have been loads of guabao restaurants in NYC for quite a while, it’s a trendy thing.
