Once this goes fully public they won’t have any students in Taiwan either, so the need for teachers will be moot.

The guys timing is impeccable
Their one China policy now makes sense after illegal investment/takeover from China has been exposed. Good riddance!

I don’t know when it happened, but I’ve known that they were bought out by a Chinese company for at least a year. They made a public statement that they were owned by a Chinese company and had to follow Chinese law (one-China, in this case), and that’s why they were making teachers not mention they were in Taiwan. The only “news” here is that a legislator complained about it.
