Has any one heard of or has experience with the Uspace parking sharing app?

Seems like a great idea, but it doesn’t appear that they are interested in customers that can’t read Chinese. Is there an English version?
We had this guy come in to the store today and asked if he could put a Uspace placard on our counter and that it offered free parking or something. So I looked it up, but no English.
