At that time he rented a car, 7 person capacity, from Taoyuan airport to Gongguan for NTD1300 one way. They also lend it per day, different cars capacity that you can choose.
Another friend of mine also rented 20 persons capacity bus to take his family around Taiwan for couple of days, 9 persons in total.
