I recently entered Taiwan on the marriage based residency visa in my passport, and it says I must apply for the ARC within 15 days of entering Taiwan, which I plan to do on Monday. I’ve been told in the past it takes 10 working days to get the ARC card, is there any express service if I pay extra?
Why do you need it in a rush? As long as you apply for it within the 15 days of entering Taiwan you’re fine. You just need to apply.
There are no express services. If you need it to go outside Taiwan and then come back, you can just tell NIA you plan to leave while your ARC application is in process so they can give you some sort of re-entry permit.
