I wonder how much this little PR exercise cost?

Good pre-national day warm up. Even better PR for next March’s Presidential re-election campaign, although no dramatic images of the Commander-in-Chief in action like el loco’s Top Gun stunt. Maybe on 10/10 Mr. Dzung-tung can ride around in a tank like Dukakis did in 1988.
