I dont get hangovers from straight whiskey ever. Champaigne will give me one and Gaoliang 58.
I donāt get hangovers from (too much) whiskey I just turn into a rage machine. I think the problem here is alcohol.
Me neither. I donāt overdo things and Iām sure that plays a role, but I usually feel fine the next day. I can tell thereās a difference only if I work out since everything I do is timed. Iām definitely not in my 20s anymore in this regard.
What do you mean by this? You mean full of energy while intoxicated?
I usually relate my hangovers to sugar content or if I forget to drink water in between drinks. é«ē²± though, I swear they donāt separate the heads and tails when distilling. That stuff has the taste of poison sometimes.
I used to have to drink this for work when I visited China ļ¼ē½é ). Eventually I said screw this I am not drinking it anymore.
I get something known as alcohol cough but not hangover. I probably should add some ice but i drink it from a flask so id rather fill the space with whiskey not ice.
Anyone tired Grappa before?
That taste like the leftovers from some distilling.
Almost like some cleaning alcohol or something
Iāve never heard of anyone doing this unless bringing the whisky outdoors (like to a sporting match). A nice whisky glass makes so much difference to me when Iām drinking scotch.
i want to try this 18 day beer when im in taiwan. and im glad to see that on the can itself it has the āmadeā date as well as the āexpiryā date. so no cheating.
I see TW beer also have beer with added fruit now. So today i went to 99 ranch (an asian supermarket) and they had the TW beer with the guava and apple juice.
OMG , they have really missed the boat. This is not beer tasting at all, tis basically a beer masking itself as fruit juice except even sweeter.
I have to label this an abomination. sorry. its not even qualified to be a "girlsā beer.
I mean its not bad tasting, i kinda think of it as tasting like a lychee soda !!
NOw if i want a lychee soda this will hit the spot pretty good. But its not a beer guys.
Now, two bay area breweries (one closed now) had fruit in their beer as one of their many selections. Pyramid brewery was my fav but sadly closed suddenly without explanation. They had daily free tours of their giant facility in berkeley. Plus excellent food in its attached restaurant and super good beer. Plus my fav there was the Apricot flavored wheat beer. Awesome stuff. Wheat beer with just a hint of apricot. lovely.
Another brewery (not big but not super tiny) in martinez had a Guava beer which again was awesome. Just a hint of guava.
Thats the way to do it. The TW beer people should fly out to this brewery in martinez and sample their guava beer and go home and do the same.
BEER MUST BE LIKE A BEER NOT A FRUIT SODA.
again its a good lychee soda but its NOT BEER. BLEAHHHHā¦
AND I GOT FIVE MORE CANS TO GO.
it was priced similar to other beers at bout 10.99 plus tax for a six pack.
I wanted to try this japanese beer they had there, from some specialty maker , they had 4 types (not fruit in any of them). But they were 5.99 A CAN.
5.99 A CAN !!!
