2002-model Kymco Dink 150. How much?

I need advice on buying a 2002-model Kymco Dink 150 (Apex) that had only one owner (a foreigner). The owner says he bought it new, says it has a Honda engine. Says it only has 15000 km on it. What would be a good price, if it is in good condition?
