I got some free beef slices from my uncle because he doesn’t eat beef.

From my understanding he left Taiwan 14 years ago for Australia and now works some low waged job there.
I think having a BBQ this time of the year is a great idea. The Brazilian neighbors had a big BBQ in their garage. It smelled delicious 
all over the hood. Great way to start the holidays.

Dang , no pics on the phone of the food so far. Tis the BBQ season. Now wrapping up work then back to kore BBQ this new year season with family.
Currently starting to get all the fixings ready. Ferments, sauces etc starting to make. Bucking up the wood and having some fires
