I just came from Thailand and they sell 3-in-1 COVID and influenza a/b rapid antigen tests at most drug stores and online.

It seems like this is not available in Taiwan. Looked on Shopee and a google search. Is this correct?

If so, are rapid tests only available at clinics and hospitals?

You’re correct. It’s not available for sale yet. The idea (to sell the rapid tests to the public) was proposed in February though.
