Hello, for those interested in North German culture; the 24th North German kale dinner will happen on 9th of March (this time a Saturday). Including a Live Entertainer from Germany, delicious kale with sausages & smoked cut pork and a few other German dishes.

Just went to my garden and discovered my kale made it through winter while we were in Taipei.
Just blanched and shocked it in freezing water. Now I have to go buy all the ingredients.
Oh the brown spot I saw. Will remove it or leave it for additional flavor.
