You can’t. You’ll need to build the entire PC with it.
It can be hard to find new release items in Taiwan. Early supply goes to the big purchasers in other countries before the small local shops in Taiwan because they paid for a huge run and other reasons. Even for items made in Taiwan. And when you finally find a new release item in Taiwan, it early on could be one bought from somewhere else and brought in to Taiwan.
