Anyway. That’s stupid. I think the City of Toronto had similar results with speed bumps or traffic calming circles. Yes, pedestrians were safer, but motorists complained that they had to slow down too much, so… they were removed!

If you are leaving the school on a scooter with your parent, it can be very dangerous. I have seen trucks skip the red light LONG after it has turned red. It is so creepy how they just don’t give a shit about causing an accident.

Ideally, parents would not put their child a on a scooter, but Taiwan can’t accommodate everyone driving a car, or even school buses.
