Interesting. Despite increasingly stringent emissions/susceptibility rules for electronic gadgets, the authorities really don’t take EMC issues seriously enough in the case of deliberate transmissions. I’m not convinced 5G is likely to have any health impact, but blanketing entire nations in relatively high-power, high-frequency mush could well have unforeseen impacts on equipment like aircraft radar and other sensitive measuring equipment. The 5G frequencies (several GHz) couple very easily into the short cables and PCB trace lengths used in everyday electronics. At 24GHz almost anything is an antenna.
