I’m a high school cross country runner. I’m going to be in Taiwan for a year, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any 5k road races in either the Yilan or the Taipei area, or, even better, if there are any legitimate cross country 5k’s in the area. Anyone know of any?
The best place for running info that I’ve found is www.sportsnet.org.tw
… but this is mostly for longer races although some also have 5km options as well. Maybe you can try to link up with a running club but I’m not sure about that as I train by myself.
