Last picture is very interesting. It is a fact I did not know until recently we did an article about Taiwan´s rescue dogs. When 921 struck, Taiwan had no trained canines to help in search and rescue. Germany not only brought 8 with 10 handlers and vet, but also later on there have been cooperation agreements signed city to city and they have helped a lot with training canine search and rescue units.
