One of the stones in my fiancée’s engagement ring has come loose - any ideas of reputable places to get it fixed?

I don’t know what city you are in, but I do know from personal experience that if you’ll do some checking you should be able to fine a jeweler to do the stone setting. My wifes wedding ring, which she will not wear, is composed of diamonds from my Mothers wedding ring and an extra one which I had a jeweler here in Tainan set. I was amazed at how little it cost.

Thanks TC. I don’t have much experience with this kind of thing, so I’m not sure if I need to take particular care to find the right store or whether any half-competent jewellers will be able to do it. I suppose if you’re buying stones you need to take more care with the vendor.

EDIT: I’m on the Taipei city/county border.
