I need someone cheap(ish) in central Taipei who can witness me signing a document and also who could help with my company set up if required. Preferably an English speaking local lawyer.
I have searched for this info and can’t find it and yet I know there are lawyers who post here, am I doing something wrong?
For starters, company setup in Taiwan doesn’t need a lawyer. You can check out the CPAs. Ann Hu is one that’s been used and recommended (search function), there’s Joseph Ni who advertises as Good Earth CPA.
If you really need a lawyers, we got a few esteemed lawyers here, but they’re probably not “cheap(ish)” heh.

I need to do some contract stuff soon (franchise agreement, staff contracts, leases etc.) and separately I need to get a notary or solicitor to witness a document for me.
