I’ve decided to follow the lead of my daughter and learn Chinese the way the locals do. I’ve adapted the ㄅㄆㄇㄈ, bought a Besta, Doctor Eye, a set of Elementary School text books and buckled down got to work.
Unfortunately, there is really no one with the time to help me correct my work or explain grammar. I am miles from the nearest language school and can only study when I scrape up some stolen time.
So… I decided to upload the stories I’ve been translating to a blog for anyone to look at and comment on.
I’m sure other people will be making the same mistakes that I am so, feel free to get out your red pens and tear apart my work. …
