I discovered a person who kept quite a few dogs locked up in cages in the sun with no food and water. It looked like one of those evil puppy mills, but it might also be dogs kept for dog meat. I don’t know. Anyways, I need someone to go investigate, 'cause when I drove past there, those dogs were crying - and I can’t sleep, 'cause I’m still hearing them cry in my mind. PLease, help needed!!! :help:

If they are for meat I gues it’s ilegal. I thought serving dog meat after 2003 was decleared ilegal.
Am I wrong?
