My collection is getting a bit peaty so today I wanted something light and easy to drink. This was the wrong choice, and the first sip was like being kicked in the ol’ stills. Complex flavours but the 46.3% really comes through and it is spicier than I wanted. Worth the price (869 NT, after a 30NT not-for-resale discount I got by opening it right there), but really not what I was looking for. This will be on the shelf for a while, bit of water helped with the first nip.
If anyone can recommend something creamy/buttery for around 1000NT, please let me know!
