Hello guys. Emergency. I get really serious cold sores every once in a while and always keep a bottle of Abreva on hand. I got hit with a vengeance this past weekend and used up my supply. I went to the local pharmacy and they gave me a really oily thick paste that seems like an itch intensifier and doesn’t seem to work. Does anybody know where I can buy adverbs here in Taiwan? Costco was a no go. Thanks!

Btw, you might want to try tea tree oil. I have been using this and only this for a few years now. Soon as a cold sore makes an appearance I splash it on, and it dries almost immediately, and never progresses to a nasty looking sore. I get a scab on my lip as usual, but avoid the sore.
Lyseine pills work good to if you take them at first signs of a sore. It stops it at that moment and heals.
