My partner’s mother works in the Taipei hotel in a housekeeping role. She has this job for over 10 years and has always been comfortable to work there. Unfortunately recently the hotel has hired abusive manager that yells at the stuff or “punishes” it by making them stand in the corner - and this makes the work environment very stressful. The hotel is non-chained and owned by the individual who very likely is unaware of the abusive manager. What can be done in such situation? Is there a way to find a contact information of the hotel owner?
